Hi Jaxsen,

This is the materials list as requested:

You will need around:
- 12.5 sheets of 6mm marine plywood
- 1 sheet of 9mm plywood
- around 10 x 2.5 metre 42x19 pine or some such timber
- around 10 x 2.5 metre 19x19 pine etc for framing bunk tops.
- 4 x 2 metres 93x19 for rudder blade
- 5 x 1metre 68x12 for entry bulkhead trim.
- 2 x 3 metre 31 x 12 for cabin roof longitudinal

The Package of epoxy we provide with our kits is as follows. You can leave
some of this out if you don't want it:
- 30 litres Bote-Cote resin and hardener
- 500ml TPRDA
- 1 ltr Bote-cote epoxy solvent (to use with epoxy on double bias tape)
- 2 rolls of 100mm wide 435gsm double bias tape
- 4 metres of 200gsm class cloth 1 metre wide (inside of CB case and rudder
box as well as rudder blade)
- 1 large bag glue filler
- 1 x 400gram bucket easy sand filler
- 26 metres of copper wire
- accessories ie fastenings, brushes, rollers, applicators etc.

Of course we can supply all of this as well as the plans or it all in a Cut
or Uncut kit. (-:

Cheers
Rob

Hi Jaxsen, I recently purchased a set of plans and will be starting the build soon maybe a first Cherry to sail in France? Your build pictures have been very useful in visualising the process, thanks. They are the only ones I have been able to find on the internet... I do have a few questions, wonder if you can help: the plans call for fishing line, surely copper wire or cable ties are better? The instructions mention a spreder to be positioned to keep the two bottom halves open, but does not mention its length? Any other tips or tricks welcome!
